Jane Clarke
Jane Clarke is the resident nutritionist for the Daily Mail and was the nutritional consultant on the TV series Jamie’s School Dinners. She lives in London with her four-year-old daughter Maya, whose enthusiasm for food reassures Jane that her methods work.
